How do Filters work?

Filters allow you to focus into your MMC data by specific rules or criteria to identify the most relevant data for your current action whether that is planning a Route or creating a Report.

You can apply Filters from all of the Map View pages and List View pages from both the Mobile and Web applications. There are a number of ways to apply filters depending on the object you are filtering such as: 

  • Filter Companies or People by groups, custom fields, standard fields, or address information 
  • Filter records by specifying a radius around a particular location 
  • Filter Activities by Activity Type, date/time, assignee, or more activity related fields 
  • Filter Deals by Stages, Funnels, Closing Date, Deal amount, or custom Deal information
