How do I add new Activities?

You can add new Activities from the MMC web app or from MMC mobile app.

To add new Activity records in the MMC web app:

  1. Click the Universal Add " +" button in the top right of the menu
  2. Select "Add Activity"
  3. Fill out the desired / required fields
  4. Click "Create Activity" to finish creating the record

To add new Activity records in the MMC mobile app:

  1. Tap on the "+" sign in the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap "Add Activity"
  3. Fill out the Record’s information within the fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk symbol (*)
  4. Tap “Add Activity” at the bottom of the screen

Note: Selecting "Add Activity" from the Mobile app will create an Activity but this will NOT be a Check-in Activity. To learn more about logging check-ins, visit the relevant article here
