How do I set Frequencies?

You can set a Frequency to see a specific account or a Group of accounts in a desired number of days from both the Web and Mobile application:

To set a Frequency on the Web app:

Step 1- Click on a record that you would like to set a Frequency for 

Step 2- Expand the section "Set a Frequency" if not yet open

Step 3- Select the interval in days (how frequently you'd like to see the account, in days)

That's it! You've opted into a Frequency. Please note, the record must have at least one Activity to display its status. To learn more about Frequencies on web or setting a Frequency to a Group of records, visit this article
