Map View

Map View allows you to view your Companies, People, and Deals as pins on a Map. Three distinct Maps are available so you can organize your pins by Record type: Companies Map, People Map, and Deals Map.

To access Maps, click on "Maps" from the Main Navigation Menu.

To see details for a pin:

  1. Click on the pin to view the Record’s name and address. 
  2. Click “Preview” to open up the Records details in the sidebar pop up

Map View Features:

A vertical menu on the right side of the Map provides links to Heat Map, Lasso tool, Screenshot, and Traffic Overlay.

We offer two types of Heat Maps:

  1. The Deals Heat Map is based on sales dollars in a given geography
  2. The general Heat Map is based on the number of pins in a given geography

Use the Lasso tool to mass add pins to a Route or Group, change the pin color, or delete in bulk.

Take a Screenshot of your Map to share with your team or print for offline viewing.

View the Traffic Overlay to visualize the current traffic situation surrounding your pins.

 A Circle Map is available exclusively for Deals. A deal is represented by a circle. The size of the circle reflects the size of the deal, while the color depicts the stage.
